Ingredients

• 50 ml Dullstroom Birch Gin
• 150 ml premium Indian tonic water
• Ice
• Fresh orange zest (for garnish)
• Fresh lavender sprig (for garnish)

Recipe

1. PREPARE
Half-fill a Copa glass or gin tumbler with ice.

2. POUR
Add 50 ml Dullstroom Birch Gin.

3. TOP UP
Slowly pour in 150 ml premium Indian tonic water.

4. RELEASE THE CITRUS
Squeeze a piece of fresh orange zest over the glass to release its aromatic oils, then gently rub it around the rim.

5. GARNISH
Add a twist of orange zest and a sprig of fresh lavender. Gently slap the lavender between your palms to release its fragrance before placing it in the glass.
