Each tasting is personally guided by our expert hosts who share the stories, aromas, and flavours behind every small-batch gin. You’ll explore our signature sensory boards, complete with botanicals, tonics, and garnishes, to find your perfect combination.
Every guest is invited to take part in our “Judge the Gin” challenge, where your feedback contributes to our monthly leaderboard.
From time to time, we also offer indulgent pairings such as macarons with gin or biltong with brandy, creating an experience that’s as memorable as it is delicious.

Through The Dullstroom Gin Ritual, we teach you the correct way to build your drink — from ice and garnish to tonic and balance — for ultimate flavour and enjoyment.

Booking Information
Bookings are essential for gin blending sessions and any group bookings.
While walk-ins are always welcome, please note that space cannot be guaranteed over weekends and peak periods.
To assist us with your booking enquiry and curate your experience with care, kindly include the following details:
- Your name and contact number
- Preferred date and time
- Number of guests
- The experience you’re interested in (tasting, gin blending, pairing, etc.)
- Invoice details for your non-refundable deposit (fully credited to your final bill)
- The nature of the occasion (Birthday, Bachelorette/Bachelor celebration, Anniversary, Team Building, etc.)
Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll request a small non-refundable deposit to secure your booking — fully credited to your final bill.
