Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability. However, Dullstroom is a popular tourist destination and weekends, public holidays and school holidays can get particularly busy, so we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for groups.
Gin Blending Experiences must be pre-booked.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be credited towards your final bill on the day. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Please arrive on time for your booking. As we are a small, intimate venue, we can only hold your table for 15 minutes after your booked time.

A guided tasting generally takes anything from 30 to 60 minutes. Our Create Your Own Gin experience is more immersive and takes approximately two hours, giving you time to explore botanicals, create your recipe, blend and bottle your own gin.
Yes. Our Create Your Own Gin experience must be pre-booked. Please allow approximately two hours for the full experience.
Yes. We host celebrations, team days, corporate groups and private experiences. Tell us your group size and occasion and we can help tailor an experience for you.
We highly recommend pre-booking for groups of 6 or more so that we can prepare for your visit and accommodate your group together.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but space cannot be guaranteed, particularly over weekends, public holidays, school holidays and other peak periods, when Dullstroom is especially busy.
For larger groups, booking ahead is the best way to ensure we can comfortably accommodate everyone.

Yes. Exclusive venue hire is available for a venue fee, or by arrangement on days when the Emporium is normally closed. Advance booking is essential and subject to availability.
Yes. Teetotallers are very welcome! We offer a Non-Alcoholic Gin Tasting, as well as a selection of refreshing mocktails, so everyone can join in the experience and be part of the fun.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted inside the Emporium. Covered outside seating is available for guests accompanied by younger children, subject to availability.
Yes. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Please keep your four-legged companion with you and under control during your visit.
No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Emporium. Outside seating is available for guests who wish to smoke or vape.
We are located UNDERGROUND at Ivy Lane Centre, 65 Naledi Drive, in the heart of Dullstroom. Use the directions button on our website to navigate directly to us.

The Emporium is located underground and access may be difficult for wheelchair users.
