Appearance:

Aromas of powdered cinnamon are at the very front of this gin. The nose is full of warm notes that conjure up images reminiscent of Christmas dessert.

Palate:

The flavour from this gin is unmistakably that of a Christmas dessert. There are strong notes of cinnamon that dominate the flavour profile with orange, ginger and apricot adding a slight tartiness and bringing a nice balance to the body of the gin.
