Ingredients


  • 50ml Dullstroom Birch Gin

  • 150ml Any premium Indian Tonic

  • Fresh orange peel

  • 1 small spring of Fresh Lavender leave (Optional)

  • Large ice cubes

Recipe


  1. Fill your glass with ice cube

  2. Add the Gin

  3. Slowly add the Appletiser, you don’t want to loose the carbonation.

  4. Add your garnishes, stir and enjoy.
