BLS Torque-tini – Shaken for high performance

BLS Gin perfect serve G&T

Ingredients

50 ml BLS Gin (Exclusively crafted for Boutique Leasing Services)
30 ml Pineapple Juice
15 ml Triple Sec (or any orange liqueur)
10–15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 fresh spearmint leaves, gently bruised
50 ml Appletiser

Recipe

Add the gin, pineapple juice, Triple Sec, lime juice and bruised mint to a shaker with ice (5 blocks)
Shake well.
Double strain into an ice-cold martini glass
Top with 50 ml chilled Appletiser.
Stir gently once.

Garnish
Pineapple leaf or wedge
Mint sprig
Lime wheel
