Dullstroom Pink Gin: Strawberry & Rose perfect serve G&T

Ingredients

• 50 ml Dullstroom Pink Gin: Strawberry & Rose
• 150 ml premium Indian tonic water
• Ice
• Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
• Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)

Recipe

1. PREPARE
Half-fill a Copa glass or gin tumbler with ice.

2. POUR
Add 50 ml Dullstroom Pink Gin: Strawberry & Rose

3. TOP UP
Slowly pour in 150 ml premium Indian tonic water.

4. PREPARE THE GARNISH
Cut a fresh strawberry in half and shape it into a heart. Make a small slit to secure it onto the rim of the glass. Gently rub the strawberry around the rim to release its sweet aroma.

5. GARNISH
Add a few chopped strawberry pieces to the drink. Gently slap a fresh mint sprig between your palms to release its fragrance, then place it on top.
